The EDGE Framework is the foundation of Warwickshire Community Football Club.

It shapes how we develop players, support coaches, guide parents, and build the right environment for long-term growth through football.

EDGE stands for: Elite Development and Game Education

It is not an add-on to the club.

It is the structure underneath everything we are building.

At WCFC, the EDGE Framework does not only shape training sessions. It shapes our Youth Development Programme, our coaching standards, our player pathway, our matchday environment, and the way adults support young players.

What Is the EDGE Framework?

The EDGE Framework is WCFC’s development model.

It gives the club a clear way to think about how football should be taught, supported, and experienced across every age group.
